Drawbacks of Peloton Programs

Some programs have insufficient duration.

All in all, Peloton’s programs have been pretty good for those who participate. However, some programs are not of good enough duration to produce a better result. The program “The Power of Sleep,” for example, only lasts 2 weeks – not good enough for people with severe insomnia.

Peloton Programs skip.

Another disadvantage of this program is that if you skip or miss a class program, you will have to start over from the beginning of the entire program. This is quite inconvenient because you cannot control your future schedule.

Peloton Programs cannot be added to the stack.

The third downside is that you can’t add Peloton Programs to your stacked classes list. It means that, if you want to personalize your workout list with Peloton Programs, you’ll have to choose another option.
