Here are some notes before you take it off the Peloton screen:

  • Make sure that the on-screen prompt is displayed, turn off the Peloton screen and all power is off .
  • Detach both cables (3.5mm data cable and power cable) from the touchscreen of the bike.

Step 3: Locate the touchscreen on a flat and safe surface.

Step 1: Ensure the touchscreen is vertical. Rotate the screen 180 degrees, and tilt it all the way up.

Step 2: Use a 4mm Allen wrench to remove touchscreen bolts.

Step 3: Remove the touchscreen and locate it on a flat and safe surface.

How Do You Reattach a Peloton Screen?

Here is the re-attaching procedure for Peloton Bike and Peloton Bike+.

Step 1: Locate the new touchscreen with four screws.

Step 2: Remove the back panel of the new screen.

Step 3: Line the new touchscreen up with the monitor mount.

Step 4: Secure the touchscreen with a Phillips head screwdriver and four screws.

Step 5: Return the back panel to the back of the screen.

Step 6: Plug in all cables and power the bike.

Step 1: Add the new touchscreen to the monitor mount, make sure it is fully seated, and tilt it up.

Step 2: Return the touchscreen bolts to the mount.

Step 3: Torque the bolts to 10 N.m

Step 4: Tilt the touchscreen to the verticle again and rotate it to face the bike.

Step 5: Plug the power data cable into the Peloton port and the audio cable into the audio port.

Step 6: Plug in other cables and power the bike.
