The next potential team member in the Felt-VMG U23 Team is Caleb Fairly. He was born on February 19, 1987. He is also an American professional road racing cyclist.
We believe that he will get more and more chances to compete at international racing. Caleb has not turned professional in 2011. We all find that it is not so late to start professional for him.
Caleb can work on more training, practice on different phases and stages to have better skills. Same as other cyclists, he would need to do physical training daily to improve the physical status to compete in the hard stage.
Even Caleb has joined in plenty of races and sharpened his skills to prepare for the next challenges in the U23 team. So, we give him some chances to prove what he can do and what his attitude is to the career.
He gained noticeable prizes during last year. But the most important achievement is the 10th National Under-23 Road Race Championships in 2006. We think we do not have to train much so that he can get first place in the coming international races.
Dan Holloway is a young American cyclist who was born on May 21, 1987. He is a super promising racer in criteriums, track racing and six-day racing types.
There are many interesting stories about this talented one. He was appealed by skating and became a speed skater at the beginning. That’s a sudden twist but we think it is understandable since the last sport can support this current job. Besides, he could find the most suitable career in life.
And after going through some consideration, he turned into a racer on a velodrome. He started his career and got good results.
During the past years, this cyclist has gained the important wins in the country. In Madison, he got his first national championship in July 2004.

He is mostly known through word-of-mouth, but we all agreed that it was the correct decision to invite him to the team. Although Taylor is so young, we are so excited to have Taylor Phinney in the team since he has proved his excellent ability in the last races.
You might hear that he became the winner of the World Junior Championships time trial title in 2007. That’s such an impressive achievement. It means he has the potential to compete at a higher level and he can show his ability to the world. This would enhance the team’s image as well.
Taylor Phinney is trained to compete in track cycling. He is a master in the individual pursuit. We all expect that he can show the best performance in the next National, World Cup and World Championship events.
Peter Salon was born on July, 10 1988. He is a young and promising American road cyclist. This American continuously took part in the races and he had a passion for racing.
Peter always tries to do the back to back races and continuously improve his skills. Besides, he brings a load of energy to each of his races. His remarkable achievement was made from 2006.
Since then, he has tried to overcome the obstacle and approach the goal. That was so awesome from a young cyclist to follow the career and overcome himself. With the talent of the team, we always want to support and give chances to improve ourselves and contribute to team development.
During the past years, Peter tried and gained several noticeable achievements. He placed 3rd in Bear Mountain Fall Classic. He joined Tour de l’Avenir, GP Tell.
Throughout these participations, we have positive thoughts about him. We do think he can develop ability further and overcome the main obstacles in a few years.
Walker Savidge is another American road cyclist. He was born on August 7th, 1988.
He competed in several important events and national races since he decided to pursue the professional road rider. Growing up cycling and snowboarding in Breckenridge, Colorado – his hometown, Walker could take part in both on a professional level in the U.S. and international competitions.
Compared to the young American Peter Salon, Walker Savidge even joined more races and events. He seemed not to limit his ability. We have seen a lot of progress made over the past years. We do think he can discover more in his ability and contribute considerably to the total performance of the team.
This professional rider joined Internationale Junioren-Rundfahrt Niedersachsen, Le Triptyque des Monts et Châteaux. These events can really train his skills well.
Because the events are held on a large scope and have the attendance of many superb road racers. It would be a nice opportunity for the rider to accomplish the new path.
We have also foreseen the leadership ability from him. If we need someone who can inspire and mentor other new generations of the team, Walker Savidge would totally fit this position.
The next team member is Peter Stetina. He is an American road racing cyclist. Being born in Colorado, Peter grew up with the cycling passion from his dad and uncle.
Peter Stetina was born August 8, 1987. He is quite young but he got considerable experience in racing from dad. Growing up in a racing family, it is logical to know that he has the genes and passion to pursue the professional. We hope he can enhance the strength of our team.

The last member of Felt-VMG U23 Team is Daniel Summerhill. He was born on January 28, 1989 in Colorado. Same as Kirk Carlson, Daniel Summerhill has the ideal height which can help him further in racing.
Though he is a pretty young racer, Daniel has registered and accomplished the important races during past years. We can introduce those: Road race, UCI Juniors World Championships, Overall Tour de l’Abitibi.
Though Daniel is quite young, he had certain experience and gained the prestigious prize or high rank in the competition for youth. We highly recognize that impression from such a young man. Realizing the star, we can grow it up and have the proper care to improve the performance, ranking, spirit and reputation.
Daniel also brings about the good advantages over others in the team or other members of other teams. We do think if he has a chance to take part in the official races for U23 in both national and international level, he can sharpen skill and obtain the most prestigious prizes.
It is not that easy and short-term, but he can steadily get closer. We have strong belief in this cyclist.
