With the start of a new year comes the beginning of the road race season and for the Garmin/Slipstream Pro Cycling Team, Jan is shaping up to be busy.

For those who hail from the southern hemisphere, it is summer and that means National Championship time. Aussies Trent Lowe, Chris Sutton and Cameron Meyer will all take to the start line this coming Sunday, Jan 11, while Kiwi Julian Dean looks to defend his title in New Zealand on the same day. Immediately following all four will join other team members Timmy Duggan (USA), Ryder Hesjedal (CAN) and Christian Meier (CAN) for the Tour Down Under, Jan 18-25. The remaining team members will be at one of two camps, either in Silver City, NM or Girona, Spain.
